Our story

Dine With Locals began around the dining tables of local homes, in the smoky corners of Hanoi’s wet markets, and through shared laughter over bowls of Bún chả. What started as a simple desire to showcase the richness of Vietnamese cuisine soon evolved into a heartfelt mission: to connect people across cultures through food, stories, and authentic local experiences.

We believe the heart of Vietnamese culture lives in its kitchens, markets, and family tables. Whether you’re rolling spring rolls with a local host, sipping homemade rice wine, or discovering the tale behind a family recipe, each experience is crafted to nourish both appetite and curiosity.

More than a cooking class or food tour, we offer genuine cultural exchange — rooted in respect, warmth, and soul.

Looking ahead, we envision building cultural hubs across Vietnam, where culinary heritage becomes a bridge between people and traditions — one meal, one story, one memory at a time.

2. How do I book, and is hotel pick-up included?
